About Nicole
A coach who's actually paying attention.
I became a coach because I know firsthand how hard it can be to find a healthy balance between fitness, family, and everyday life.

My story
How I got here.
I've struggled with my weight and fad diets since I was a child.
In my 20s, I started working with a personal trainer who helped me better understand nutrition and strength training, which sparked my interest in learning more.
After having my babies, I struggled again with weight gain, finding time for myself, and figuring out how to reach my goals in a healthy, sustainable way. I started diving deeper into nutrition and progressive strength training, learning how to make it all work with my everyday life.
That journey completely changed my relationship with food, exercise, and my body. I've been able to improve my body composition, eat more, fear food less, and maintain a manageable workout routine while balancing my family, kids' activities, work, and my own health.
I've always had a passion for helping others, and that's ultimately why I became a coach. I want to help others understand their bodies, build confidence in their nutrition and training, and find a realistic, sustainable approach that allows them to look and feel their best without putting the rest of their lives on hold.
How I think about strength
Strength looks different on everyone. It isn't about how you compare to someone else. It's about what your body can do, and how much more it can do next month.
Why individualized matters
Two people with the same goal rarely need the same plan. Schedules, history, stress, preferences, and how your body responds all change the right answer.
Why sustainable beats extreme
Anyone can push hard for six weeks. The real question is what you're still doing six months from now. That's what I coach toward.
Food without fear
Eating well shouldn't mean eating less of everything. I help you eat enough to fuel your training, build muscle, and stop treating food as the enemy.
What to expect from me
Direct, supportive, and paying attention. I'll tell you what's working, what isn't, and what to try next, with no guilt and no lectures.

“The goal isn't to weigh less at any cost.”— Nicole
